Notice on Filing Complaints

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 16 of the General Travel Conditions of PRO PUTUJ d.o.o., the Contracting Party / Passenger may submit a complaint regarding the quality of the contracted services within 8 days from the completion of the contracted service, exclusively in written form, in one of the following ways:

Instructions for submitting complaints in the event of non-performance or partial performance of the contracted service are described in Article 16 of the General Travel Conditions of PRO PUTUJ d.o.o.

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will provide written confirmation of receipt.

A written response to your complaint will be sent no later than 14 days after receipt of the complaint.
